  • Track contract compliance and correspondences, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Log and track team tasks, ensuring actions are completed on time and progress is reported against team KPIs and targets.
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction works and administration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial and financial processes, including Microsoft Office and IT skills.
  • Effective time and task management, meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
  • A self-motivated individual with a logical approach to problem-solving.
