Nursery Health Visitor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Nursery Health Visitor. The successful candidate will work as part of the clinical team supporting the Health Visiting Service with the 0-5 caseloads and their families.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be a key member of the 0-5 team, providing clinical support within the health visiting team. This will include assisting in or carrying out clinical interventions as part of the Healthy Child Programme, as delegated by the Health Visitor.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a BTEC Diploma in Child Care or NVQ in Child Care level 3 or equivalent, with experience of working with children and families in a formal health, educational or social care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
