Job Opportunity: Welsh Medium Maths Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welsh Medium Maths Teacher to join our team at one of our partnership Secondary schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Maths to students aged 3-19, with a focus on KS3 and occasional KS4 lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Maths to students in a Welsh Medium Secondary school
  • Plan and prepare Maths lessons to meet the needs of students
  • Assess and mark student work to ensure progress and understanding
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of the Maths department

Requirements:

  • Fluent Welsh speaker with excellent communication skills
  • Experience teaching Maths in a Secondary school setting
  • QTS or PCET with Maths experience
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to motivate students
