Maths Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Maths teacher to join our team at a well-respected Secondary school in Wales. As a Welsh Medium Maths teacher, you will be responsible for delivering Maths lessons to students aged 3-19.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching Maths in a Secondary school setting and be fluent in Welsh. You will be expected to teach KS3 and KS4 Maths, attend staff meetings, and participate in planning and preparation of Maths lessons.

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate strong classroom behavioural management skills and has a passion for promoting and encouraging pupil learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Maths to students aged 3-19
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to the Maths department
  • Plan and prepare Maths lessons
  • Mark and assess student work
Requirements:
  • Fluent Welsh speaker
  • Experience teaching Maths in a Secondary school
  • QTS or PCET with Maths experience
  • Strong classroom behavioural management skills
