About the Role:
Serco Limited is a global organisation committed to positive impact. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiation Manager to join our UK & Europe Legal and Risk team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping Serco's supplier relationships across various categories.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in buy-side commercial contracting, with expertise in negotiating critical supplier contracts, managing risks, and ensuring compliance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, applying your commercial expertise to drive informed decision-making.

This is a high-impact position that requires strong knowledge of commercial contracts, including business-to-government contracts. The ideal candidate will design and implement policies, templates, and playbooks to reflect best practices in supplier contracting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate ongoing and new supplier contracts, ensuring the best outcomes for Serco.
  • Advise procurement, operational, and functional teams on commercial and contractual issues.
  • Summarize commercial and contractual risks for senior stakeholders.
