Job Description

This role involves leading negotiations for ongoing and new supplier contracts, ensuring the best outcomes for Serco. The successful candidate will advise procurement, operational, and functional teams on commercial and contractual issues, such as disputes, restructures, and terminations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate critical supplier contracts to maximise value for the business.
  • Provide commercial expertise to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Design and implement policies, templates, and playbooks to reflect best practices in supplier contracting.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in buy-side commercial contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, including business-to-government contracts.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £70,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Serco offers a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, bonus scheme, company car or cash allowance, and private medical insurance.
