About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team as a Commercial Contracts Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled lawyer to take on a broad legal and commercial role, reflecting the innovative multi-disciplinary approach of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and drafting various significant strategic and operational commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, purchase, and outsourcing agreements. They will also support the Sales and Marketing teams in advising on EMEA promotions, campaigns, and advertising, ensuring compliance with EU law (including competition laws), local laws, and governance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience, having trained in a top UK law firm. Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries is desirable. The ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and legal team is essential. A commercially astute mindset and experience of operating in an international environment would be advantageous.

The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a collegiate and supportive environment, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
