Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our Starbucks team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • 18 years or older.
