We are seeking a committed Shift Supervisor who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team within our inviting Starbucks location. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations in the absence of the Manager; you will serve as the right-hand person to the Store Manager.

In this role, you will be second in command, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth team operations. Your focus will be on promoting sales and enhancing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Engaging and leading the team is essential, along with participating in beverage preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our valued customers.

This position may involve late-night shifts and closing responsibilities, so candidates must be at least 18 years old.
