The Group is committed to delivering unique and exclusive collections through its proprietary brands, such as "Alberta Ferretti", "Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini", "Moschino", and "Pollini", as well as licensed brands.

As a Sales Associate for our Moschino store in London, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience for our clients.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will embody the values and image of our brand, representing the highest standards of luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a satisfying shopping experience for clients.
  2. Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's values, image, and product offerings.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
  2. Strong commercial awareness and goal-oriented mindset.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: Full-time.
