About Really Wild Clothing

We are a luxury fashion brand that has been creating high-quality, timeless designs for 20 years. Our brand promise is to deliver versatile, elegant, and practical clothing that supports the multi-faceted woman's lifestyle.

We are seeking experienced Retail Sales Associates with a proven track record in luxury retail to join our team in our Sloane Square, London boutique. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized customer service and tailoring advice and recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
  • Working closely with customers to understand their tastes and requirements, and using this knowledge to drive repeat custom and achieve sales targets.
  • Confidently and professionally approaching and assisting customers, and maintaining a high level of visual and merchandising standards within the store.
  • Liaising with Head Office to ensure stock control and reports are met, and assisting with in-store promotional events.

To be successful, you must have:

  • A proven background in luxury retail experience, with a strong understanding of luxury brands and their target markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility with regards to working patterns, including weekend working, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
