About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Program Manager to lead EU Launch and Retrofits/Expansions/Initiatives (REI) programs, protecting environmental compliance throughout the entire life cycle. This role will also involve defining EU EAP standards and documentation, improving integration with EU Launch and REI mechanisms, and building robust reporting mechanisms to track environmental compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead EU EAP owner of the Launch and Retrofits/Expansions/Initiatives (REI) Program, safeguarding environmental compliance through each life cycle.
  • Develop EU EAP standards and documentation to embed environmental activities into Launch and REI processes.
  • Enhance integration of EU EAP with EU Launch and REI systems.
  • Create effective reporting mechanisms to monitor environmental compliance activities for senior leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
  • A completed Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, chemical or environmental engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Proven experience leading change in multiple site environments, with the ability to influence those not within your direct organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Desirable skills include:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
Estimated Salary

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
