Nursing Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join Exemplar Health Care, working as part of our dedicated care team to deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents. About the Role

This role involves working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate records. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, delivering hands-on nursing care, and contributing to a positive and respectful team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home or similar setting.
  • Strong assessment and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on resident-centered practice.
