At XPO Transport Solutions UK Limited, we're looking for innovative and people-focused individuals to join our Logistics Graduate Development Programme. As a future leader, you'll have the opportunity to be a first-class leader and take on exciting and challenging leadership roles with on-the-job training and full support from our Learning and Development team and senior mentor.

We guarantee a job at the end of the programme, and you'll gain the fundamentals of how our business operates while having a role and accountability on site. Your day-to-day role will vary, and you'll be a key part of the operation. You'll run the shift, update customers with key information, work with your team to meet operational targets, identify solutions to operational challenges, and provide daily leadership to your team of Drivers or warehouse operatives.
