Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead our Infrastructure Monitoring programme, transforming the way we deliver this critical service. The successful candidate will have experience in managing large complex client portfolios, negotiating with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrating significant commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an exciting change programme, shaping the way Network Rail's IM service is delivered.
  • Develop interim solutions to support BAU performance and deliverables.
  • Work closely with NR's Digital Data and Technology teams to support greater alignment between delivery and data.
  • Maintain and enhance fleet and system availability.
Requirements
  • Experience of dealing with large complex client portfolios and able to demonstrate significant commercial success.
  • Strong knowledge of rail industry structure, regulation, and commercial framework.
  • Significant experience of negotiating with internal and external stakeholders at senior level to achieve project or company objectives.
  • Extensive experience in the use of rail industry technical, safety, and performance standards including GRIP.

Location and Hours

This position is based in Milton Keynes. The role will require up to 35 hours per week with hybrid working and travel as required.

From £86,730 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
