Senior Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead life-changing projects that bring hope to vulnerable children worldwide.

As a Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of institutional donor-funded programmes, including commercial contracts and grants. You will work closely with World Vision National Offices and key implementing partners to ensure that programmes are effectively delivered on time, within budget, and in line with donor expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of complex, high-risk programmes, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
  • Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with donor requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and World Vision National Offices.
  • Identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with programme teams to develop and implement programme strategies, ensuring alignment with World Vision's global goals and objectives.
