About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Production Engineer to drive the seamless transition of new products and improvements from R&D to large-scale production, ensuring quality, reducing costs, and enhancing scalability for technologies designed to revolutionise sustainable living.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the successful launch of new products and improvements, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Develop operational engineering specifications, oversee assembly line designs, and create build instructions for cutting-edge products.
  • Promote a company culture of innovation, care, and collaboration while achieving ambitious growth plans.

About You:
  • You will thrive in this role if you have a strong foundation in production engineering with at least 2 years of proven experience.
  • You will be an expert in process optimisation, quality management, and product engineering.
  • You will possess technical knowledge in cylinder or heat pump production, with skills in electronics and plumbing as a bonus.
