Senior Sustainability Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team in the UK, Spain or Greece. As a key member of our sustainable transport infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on reducing carbon emissions across the asset lifecycle-from design and construction to operation and maintenance.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and contributing to transport infrastructure decarbonisation projects, involving sustainable and resilient infrastructure design, construction, operations, with a focus on road transport but covering also types of infrastructure (e.g., airports, ports, railways).
About You- Educated to a Bachelor's degree level or higher in civil engineering, environmental engineering or related fields.
- A strong background in sustainable infrastructure design, construction, and operations, especially within road transport decarbonisation (although experience in additional types of infrastructure is positively valued).
- Knowledge of low-carbon technologies and practices for infrastructure projects, including energy efficiency, sustainable materials, and resilient design.
- Familiarity with appropriate data sources, constraints and national and international policies on infrastructure decarbonisation and climate action.
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of specialists ranging from engineers, economists, policy experts to climate change experts.
- Excellent time management with the ability to juggle time across multiple projects and prioritise deadlines seamlessly.
- An estimated salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
