Marks Sattin is partnering with a rapidly expanding Life Sciences business in Oxfordshire to recruit an experienced ESG expert.

This critical role involves driving the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda, encompassing process setup, reporting, and cultural transformation.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leaders, investors, and various departments to ensure a robust ESG approach across global entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead customized ESG strategies across global entities.
  • Create engaging workshops, training sessions, and events to educate internal and external stakeholders about ESG principles and practices.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators to produce tailored reports for both internal and external purposes.
  • Promote sustainability through geographical-focused reporting, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Establish a framework to obtain relevant ESG accreditations and certifications, enhancing the company's reputation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ESG legislation and best practices, ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
  • Strong data manipulation and extraction skills, utilizing industry-standard tools.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and partner with businesses, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Evidenced experience in establishing ESG processes and reporting, driving business growth.
  • Able to navigate high-growth and fast-paced environments, adapting to changing requirements.

Estimated Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including bonus.

This role requires at least 3-4 days on-site presence in Oxfordshire. Estimated annual salary range based on industry standards, location, and job requirements.
