Facilities Management Specialist

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and compliance of all company properties, handling estate-related queries efficiently, and contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance of Properties: Ensure all company properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Compliance/Inspection Log: Maintain a log of compliance and inspection activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance: Oversee the maintenance and compliance of company vehicles.
- Insurance Renewals: Manage insurance renewals to ensure the company is adequately covered.
- Yearly Compliance Renewals: Ensure all compliance renewals are completed on time.
- Procurement: Source and procure necessary materials and services for the company.
- Month-End Payables: Manage month-end payables to ensure timely payments.
- A strong background in Facilities Management.
- Knowledge of health and safety.
