Facilities Management Professional

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone with a background in facilities management, who possesses drive and a willingness to learn. Your new role will consist of the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance of Properties: Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of properties to ensure they remain in good condition.
- Compliance and Inspection Log: Maintain accurate records of compliance and inspection activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure that all company vehicles are properly maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
We offer a competitive salary package of up to £40,000, including a car allowance. Additionally, you will receive 29 days of holiday, plus an extra day for any religious holidays.
Requirements- Local to West Molseley: We are looking for someone who is local to the area to ensure easy communication and collaboration.
- Charismatic/Can-do attitude: A positive and proactive attitude is essential for success in this role.
- Facilities background: A background in facilities management is required for this position.
