Job Description
  • As a member of our small but growing team, you will work closely with business development and account development teams to create tailored tender responses.

  • With your expertise in warehouse modeling and layout tools, you will oversee solution design projects, allocating resources efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

The Successful Candidate

To succeed as a Logistics Solution Development Director, you should possess:

  • A strong educational background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar solutions design role within the transport and distribution industry.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data using tools like Excel and Access.
  • Expertise in warehouse modeling and layout tools, such as AutoCAD and Sketchup, would be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of different quality compliance requirements for various sectors, including food, pharmaceuticals, and high-value goods.
