Job Description

This role is for individuals who are looking to work in a fast-paced and high-energy sales environment at a leading FX company. The right individuals will have the opportunity to earn life-changing money and share life-changing experiences. Our client is a regulated currency market expert offering FX options and bespoke structured products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements, adding and disqualifying leads daily.
  • Make introductory calls to new corporate clients.
  • Build a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10 years of FX sales experience.
  • Ensure all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and that the interests of the client are at the forefront of all sales activity.
  • Develop internal relationships with all departments in the business.
  • Be aware of and take an active interest in FX movements and the world economy and its impact on prospects and clients' financial performance.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales.
  • Attend regular training sessions, taking initiative to listen to own calls and others, holding yourself and peers accountable, and owning your success.
  • Keep up to date with market structure changes and regulation.
Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of FX sales experience backed up by strong numbers evidencing consistently closing new business.
  • Resilient, strong communication skills, and confidence on the phone and in person.
  • Taking feedback and acting upon it fast.
  • Goal-oriented and persistent, short-term and long-term.
  • Fluent English language.
