We have exciting opportunities for Community Support Workers to join our knowledgeable and passionate team, providing essential support to elderly and vulnerable adults within their own homes. As a Community Support Worker, you will be working with an exceptional branch support network and dedicated, professional colleagues who share your commitment to excellence. We offer flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle, including part-time and full-time contracts, with the option of extra bank hours. You will also have access to weekly or monthly pay options, making it easier to manage your finances.

The role involves visiting service users throughout their shift, assisting with personal care, light household duties, medication, and accompanying them to medical appointments when needed. General companionship is also an essential aspect of this role, helping to combat loneliness and isolation. We believe that everyone deserves to feel valued and respected, and we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all our service users.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, inclusive of weekends. You will also receive a weekend Shift Allowance of £10.00 per day, mileage allowance of 45p per mile, travel time allowance of £11.44 per hour, and other benefits outlined below.
