Care Manager Opportunity in Caerphilly

We are working with a well-established Domiciliary Care provider in Caerphilly, who is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to lead their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic organization and make a real difference in the lives of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the operational and care delivery functions of the service, ensuring seamless communication between staff and management.
  • To promote the service through social media and community engagement, increasing client referrals and improving brand visibility.
  • To manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, and external partners.
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as the Care Act and CIW Essential Standards.
  • To develop and implement effective care plans, prioritizing client safety and well-being.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Domiciliary Care Management, preferably with involvement in a CIW inspection.
  • A working understanding of the Care Act and CIW Essential Standards.
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development, ideally with an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.

  • An estimated salary range of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, plus bonuses.
