A Unique Opportunity:
We're looking for a talented Global Talent Development Manager to join our team at Handshake. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you'll work closely with our premium employer partners to drive adoption and ensure they achieve their hiring goals. This exciting role requires a proven track record of building relationships, pivoting from strategic to tactical, and being a project management powerhouse. With a focus on long-term partnerships, you'll identify opportunities and initiatives that improve our customer success activities and processes, resulting in better customer health, higher retention rates, and expansion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Success, Account Management, Support, Education/University partnerships team, Marketing, Insights, Product, User Research, Enablement, RevOps, etc. to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert consultation and training to employer partners on early talent, Handshake best practices, and workflows, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value realization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve the customer journey, scale internal processes, and support hundreds of premium employers effectively.
• Identify opportunities and initiatives to enhance customer success activities and processes, leading to improved customer health, retention, and expansion rates.

Your Ideal Background:
We're looking for a seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, managing complex Enterprise and/or Strategic accounts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent executive-level communication skills, fluency in English, and flexibility in problem-solving, with the ability to wear different hats to make things happen. Data-informed approach, strong project management, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
