Job Description:

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. This role is responsible for providing financial support and guidance to Account Managers, Sales, and Purchasing teams.

The key outputs and accountabilities include:

  • Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Support Account Managers in producing robust customer tenders, ensuring alignment with the wider enterprise strategy. Work with Sales, Finance, and Purchasing to prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Business Performance Management & Decision Support: Prepare monthly volume, NPR, product GM, and P+L analysis. Cascade Nectar financial performance to Sales and B&C Managers Functions with insight and commentary.

This role requires a qualified accountant with experience in a business partner commercial role, preferably in the drinks industry. Strong Microsoft Office knowledge is essential, particularly Excel. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of influencing non-financial decision-makers and driving improvements through the business.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
