About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to cover a maternity leave in our team, starting as soon as possible. As a key member of our Communications & Marketing team, you will report to the Head of IC and work closely with stakeholders across the business, particularly the People Function, to plan and deliver effective communications across various channels and spanning BAU and change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate complex subject matter into informative and engaging messaging in support of business goals.
  • Work at pace and creatively to develop and implement internal communications strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective communications across a range of channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
