**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Work closely with our care teams to deliver person-centered care plans and ensure seamless transitions.
• Develop strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our internal teams.
**Requirements:**
• Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a residential setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• A can-do attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
