Role Overview: The Manager role requires a highly motivated, creative, and persevering individual with strong analytical skills and a fully developed quantitative mind. You will work on projects with clients across various industries, including Life Sciences and healthcare, retail and consumer, financial services, industrials, energy, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities: As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple project teams and client relationships. You will also work directly with clients and Managing Directors to set project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, manage team responsibilities, and maintain timelines. Additionally, you will contribute to the management of the firm through involvement in areas such as professional development, recruiting, thought leadership creation, practice building, etc.

Compensation: We offer a comprehensive compensation package with an estimated annual salary range of £140,000-£200,000 based on your experience and qualifications.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need an advanced degree from a top-ranked school and at least 7 years of experience in management consulting. You should have superior analytical skills, demonstrated expertise in strategy consulting approaches, and proven ability to motivate and coach people.
