We are seeking an Organizational Performance Manager to join our team at Sticks'n'Sushi London. As the Learning and Development Manager, you will drive our people development strategy, ensure every team member has the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional service, uphold our brand values, and grow within the company.

About the Job

This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. You will develop and implement an organization-wide learning and development strategy, manage and enhance the company's Learning Management System (LMS), and support leadership development and succession planning to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Passion for people development and a deep understanding of hospitality standards.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include staff food when on shift, 50% discount in all Sticks'n'Sushi restaurants, competitive referral bonus, exclusive access to great restaurants, bars, hotels through CODE app, and more.
