Customer Service Role in Banbury: £22k + commission per annum.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support member. As the UK's largest manufacturer in our field, we offer innovative and eco-friendly solutions to the construction industry.

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  2. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS with customers and delivering outstanding service.
  3. Estimating materials required for job completion.
  4. Sending out samples to customers.
  5. Generating quotations and processing orders for new and existing clients.
  6. Updating our CRM system.
  7. Follow-up enquires via phone and email.

Candidates should have:

  • Motivation and energy.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Be well-organised and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Build relationships with customers.
  • Experience working in a high-paced office environment.
  • Good Excel skills.

Package:

  • Annual salary up to £22,000 plus OTE bonus between £5k-£10k.
  • WPA Cash Plan.
  • 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
  • Pension scheme.
  • Company social events.
  • Working hours 9am-5pm, Monday to Thursday, 9am-2pm on Friday.
