Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative Junior to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality customer service. Key responsibilities include:



  • General office duties, including administration and data entry tasks
  • Order Receipt Processing, including processing orders received via multiple systems
  • Prioritisation of different order types, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Order Entry Accurate data entry, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry processes
  • Scheduling work, allocating and scheduling work to the correct location
  • Amendments/Cancellations Management, managing and processing customer requirements
  • Stock management, ensuring accurate stock levels and effective inventory management


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:



  • Maths and English GCSE's/O'levels or equivalent, demonstrating strong academic achievement
  • Background in customer services or aseptic compounding, showing relevant experience in a similar role
  • Computer skills, including basic/Windows & Office
