About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CAMHS Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with young people, their families, and carers to provide high-quality psychological interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally appropriate psychological interventions with carers or families of referred clients when required.
  • Conduct risk reviews and brief interventions for clients waiting for Croydon with differing presentations.
  • Review risk and level of need in line with thresholds within CAMHS.
  • Facilitate group interventions and support signposting and access to self-help materials.
  • Support the development of webinars for young people and their parents.
Requirements
  • Passion for working with young people and ability to use initiative and creativity in support.
  • Desire to improve the patient journey of our young people.
  • Ability to work as an autonomous professional within registry body guidelines and codes of conduct.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
