As the largest NHS provider in Scotland, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde has invested significantly in modernising its services, including the opening of the new Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and the Royal Hospital for Children. This investment has enabled the acquisition of cutting-edge facilities and equipment, such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Digital Mammography, PET CT/SPECT, Angiography, and General Digital Imaging.

The South Imaging sector includes QEUH, Victoria ACH, and Gartnavel General Hospital. This role will be based at the Royal Hospital for Children, with opportunities to gain experience in PET/CT at the West of Scotland PET centre, West of Scotland Beatson Cancer Centre, Gartnavel General Hospital, and Glasgow.
