Residential Support Worker

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Runwood Homes Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for our residents
- Assisting with daily tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and medication management
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
- Working collaboratively with other members of the care team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a range of benefits including:
