About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at We Are Adam. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in driving cultural change and fostering a high-performance culture that nurtures and develops key talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business goals and strategic aims into tangible outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Develop and implement innovative HR practices and policies
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to enhance their performance and engagement
  • Manage employee relations and attrition
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A broad generalist HR skill set with a primary focus on driving cultural change and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Experience in service or industrial environments
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to devise innovative HR practices and implement them pragmatically
  • Strong influencing styles, refined business acumen, and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships
