A day in the life of...

  • This role involves communication via phone, email, and face-to-face, so it's essential that you provide first-class customer service in all interactions
  • The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing hotel, group, and local reservations, updating tasks, and reviewing daily bookings and arrival reports
  • You will train the Front of House team, record Company/Travel Agent Profiles, and identify key revenue-producing accounts
  • Monitor group reservations, follow up on tentative bookings, and review no-show and cancelled reservations
  • In addition, you will review room blocking, maintain cordial relations with commercial clients, and adhere to strict payment processes

We are looking for an exceptional individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, prior experience in customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of reservation systems and computer applications is also essential.

An estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
