Your Role: Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth within our Electrical Division. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and winning new accounts, while also managing existing relationships to ensure continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential new business opportunities within the electrical sector.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Present our services effectively, demonstrating their value proposition and addressing client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards targets.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with proven experience in sales within the electrical industry. You will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a strong understanding of the sales process.

  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with clients in the electrical sector.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with MS Dynamics is a plus).
