Homecare Worker

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs? As a Homecare Worker (Complex Needs), you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those who need it most. With Alcedo Care Trafford, you will be part of an award-winning team that provides exceptional care services across the Northwest of the UK.
We are seeking experienced Complex Care Workers to join our growing team as we continue to expand our Complex Care and clinical services. Our working pattern runs on a two weekly basis and will range from 6.00am-11am shifts within the client's own home. This role requires a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in care work, preferably in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
As a member of our team, you will benefit from:
- Competitive hourly rate: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
- Specialised Nurse training tailored to the complex package of care in which you will be supporting
- Full training will be given including competency sign offs by our Registered Nurse's
- Weekly pay (every Friday)

- Tracheostomy care
- Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) care
- Monitoring and responding to ventilation care
- Administering nebulisers
- Oral and tracheal suction care
- Administering medications
- Pressure area and skin care
- Support clients communication needs
- Supporting client with full personal care needs
