Care Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Services Manager to join our team at Cera Homecare. As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and supervise a team of care workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
About the Role:
- Supervise and mentor a team of care workers to ensure they meet the required standards of care.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client care and progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field such as nursing, social work, or healthcare management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
