At Rockstar London, we're seeking a talented Advertising Planning Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, reporting, and data governance of all international paid media.

As a key member of our marketing team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of global media campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advertising platform management (DSPs, social platform management)
  • CDP/PII management – bespoke segmentation, PII activations, PII tracking and reporting
  • Manage Paid Media data governance, naming convention and taxonomy
  • Implement additional MarTec that enhances/enriches paid media
  • Manage Central and Territory specific Agency data compliance and health
  • Coordinate with relevant teams and agency to execute International Media
  • Support all aspects of the development and maintenance of Rockstar owned and licensed technologies; both in workflow implementation as well as product roll-out across Rockstar International territories and agencies

Requirements include:

  • Knowledge of and passion for Rockstar Games titles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Technology/Media or related field

Desirable skills include:

  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Familiarity and interest in digital media technologies including data tools, analytical tools, PII management and workflow management systems
  • The ability to remain calm/flexible while managing large workloads and meeting tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Work well within a team but have the ability to think on their feet and work under their own initiative
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Understanding of the current social media landscape
