About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to support the UK region, working closely with our Growth Advertisers team in the London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic consultant to onboard new advertisers, create individual success plans, and manage a large book of business while identifying upsell opportunities.


This role requires a strong analytical, creative, and efficient mind with very good relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with an international team of smart, passionate, and fun people.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new advertising customers with a focus on performance.
  • Grow revenue for a large book of accounts in the UK region.
  • Identify, pitch, and monitor upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist clients with campaign strategy and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products and the customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Native/fluent English.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience (client-facing in the digital media/online advertising space).
  • Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team.
