At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking an experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our primary SEN school in Skelmersdale.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of SEN needs, working closely with teaching staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEN needs in various subjects and activities
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive
