We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate SEN Support Assistant to join our Skelmersdale school. This is a full-time role with the potential for a permanent position, based on the successful candidate's ability to foster positive relationships and make a lasting impact.

The successful candidate will work closely with students with varying special educational needs, helping them engage in their learning and providing tailored support to meet individual requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills to connect with students, staff, and parents.
  • A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to adapt to students' needs.

The salary for this role is approximately £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
