We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Team Lead to join our team at Moseley Hall Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in the West Midlands.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for managing Ward 8, ensuring outstanding patient care and experience.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the ward team in delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.
  • To promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the ward.

Person Specification:

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • RGN 1st level with extensive experience at a deputy post level in a hospital setting.
    • Current NMC Registration.
  • Essential Experience:
    • Recent evidence of continuing professional and personal development.
    • Experience of Audit, Change Management, and Resource Management.
    • Evidence of good organisational and planning skills.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Local and national issues affecting Older People's nursing.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
