**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Radiographer to join our team as a Radiography Team Lead. As a key member of the X-Ray Department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Radiographers and Assistant Practitioners to deliver high-quality imaging services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

**About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a 12-month fixed-term appointment as a Radiographer to lead our experienced team. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Radiographers and Assistant Practitioners, undertaking a wide range of radiographic examinations, and participating in the Imaging On-Call rota, extended working day system, and weekend duties.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of Radiographers and Assistant Practitioners.
  • Undertake radiographic examinations, ensuring high standards of technique and patient care.
  • Work within departmental and Trust policies and procedures.
  • Participate in research and technical developments.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills, a flexible approach, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will need to be motivated to learn, enthusiastic to develop your skills, and able to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
