Support Worker for Children with Autism in London

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in supporting children with Autism at a mixed primary school in London. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with Autism, helping them to build confidence and independence
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop personalized support plans
  • Contribute to creating a safe and supportive school environment that promotes the well-being of all students
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children with Autism or similar neurodiverse conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Possession of a relevant qualification or equivalent experience
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £26,250 per annum. We are committed to providing a competitive salary package that reflects the value and importance of this role in supporting our students and school community.
