We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Fostering - Families and Friends Team as a Deputy Team Manager. This is a full-time role offering a competitive pay rate of £38 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Team Manager in managing a diverse social work team, promoting good quality practice and performance.
- Make informed decisions to improve outcomes for children and young people, maintaining stable foster care placements.
