Role Summary:

The Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing a team of purchasing professionals and defining a global supply chain strategy to maximize value for the business and its customers.

This is an on-site role with occasional international travel, based in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have senior purchase management experience and extensive supply chain experience within the electronics/telecommunications or consumer goods industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of purchasing professionals
  • Define and execute a global supply chain strategy
  • Negotiate contracts/preferred suppliers' lists
  • Experience managing global suppliers
  • Experience within consumer electronics (sourcing electronic components)

Requirements:

  • Senior Purchase Management experience
